hi, we are using the confluence cloud guest function to add people joining us on a specific confluence space to collaborate.
now we want to have transparency for our guests to see our jira roadmaps. the roadmaps come from teammanaged jira software cloud projects.
is it possible to only give access to a group so they can see only this one project?
is atlassian working on some guest features for jira software cloud?
thanks for your comments.
I have same issue.
Even though I created a group for Guest users and assigned the 'Browse Projects' permission to that group only in a single project, when I give access to Jira Software license, user is able to browse all the other projects :-(
You could create a group and allow them to only have the 'Browse Projects' permission in that single project.
From my understanding though, they would need a license in order to be able to use Jira - there's no guest features at the moment in Jira.

hi jacob, thanks a lot for your answer. eating the licence is not our problem. we mainly use team managed projects and when creating them we use the „open“ permission. doing so, i did not find a way to allow our guests to ONLY access to this specific project, when i try, they have permission to all other projects as well. any other ideas?
