Hi All,

I'm managing a backlog for my Sprint Work + Backlog board, and I would like to have additional info there.

Those two tickets are linked to the third one (which is their parent). I would like to see the name of that third ticket (and to be clickable) in my grid.

Is there any way to do that?

Thanks!

Hi @Finworks_StefanCvetkovic ,

I do have some questions.

What is the parent of these issues, an Epic another type of issue?
If the parent is an epic, these are not visible within the Sprint work board, you can show them as a swmilin on the work board

Did you link them via issue link?

Is the issue in the same project?

Is the issue on the Sprint?

Could you share some detail, like screenshots

Hi @Marc - Devoteam

Yes, I've linked them via the issue link. I've created a new issue type (the one you're seeing in the screenshot), and I linked it to the Story. The relationship is the Story is a parent, and this type is a child. They are both on the same JIRA hierarchy level.

So, for example, Story 1 is linked to Ticket A and Ticket B. Both Tickets are put in the sprint. I can see in which Epic are they, but I want to see (in the grid) their linked parent (Story 1).

Hi @Finworks_StefanCvetkovic

Why don't you use the story issue type, or task and create sub-tasks. Then all info is on the board and you won't need an additional issue type?
