How to add priority level to a Kanban board issue

Hi everyone,

 

I'm facing an issue which I can't find how to add priority level on my Kanban Board issues.

 

Take a look:

On the right side I don't have Issue Priority Level field and I don't have it aswell in the field configurator

Hi @Florian Kamps ,

 

Welcome to Atlassian community!

I think, the priority screen is missing in that screen.

Chcek that field is missing or not by the using below steps.

  • Click on 3 dot from right in that issue >> Find your field >> search your field name .

If showing missing, Please follow the below steps to add the priority field in that screen.

  • On that issue from right side below click on configure >> from right side search the Priority then drag and drop to the left screen.

I think it's because I'm on Jira Software and not Jira Service Management... Can I have this field on Software too?
