I have almost every status in scrum backlog apart "Backlog" status.
It's company managed project.

Filter for Scrum board is the following:
project
= project's name and that's it

Hi @Karina Kotelevets

In the Scrum board, you do not map a status to the backlog. All issues, which are not in a sprint, go to the Backlog

So if a issue has the status of "Backlog" and is not in the active sprints in the backlog tab u will be able to see the issue with the status.

Refer below screenshot:

Secondly check if u have "Backlog" status in your project.

Note: Backlog is a place where u groom the issues to add it to the sprint

Backlog "status" is another step in your workflow.

Thanks.

Hello @Karina Kotelevets

First, check the Project Settings -> Features -> Backlog

Second, configure the board and add the Backlog column with the Backlog status as well - but this needs to be done from the "Configure board" option
