How to adjust the simple search fields so that only selections available in project are visible?

Hi,

I need to adjust my JIRA dashboard, which I've created using issue list and simple search gadgets. Specifically, I want to refine the simple search fields so that only the selections relevant to my project are visible. For instance, my project uses a limited set of status types like e.g. "In Progress" or "Pending Analysis," but the simple search field for "status" currently displays all available status types in JIRA. How can I restrict it to show only the statuses used in my project? (using only option available in dashboard section)

This appears to be a gadget related to a third party app (Custom Charts for Jira) - is that right?  Your query is probably best directed toward their support team to determine if this functionality is available.
