How to allow users from approved domain to request access to Jira site

Hi All,

I would like to allow only users with the approved domain to request access to our site(Jira), currently i have defined the approved domains but still i am able to request access to site with unapproved domain and able to access it. In Short domain restriction is not working as expected.

Please let me know if further changes required to apply the domain restriction.

But I've tried following those steps and within the "Site access" page there is no where for editing "access requests".

Thanks for the reply, i have configured the settings mentioned in the document. But it doesn't restrict the unapproved domains. I tested and it doesn't work.

Amni missing anything here ?

Fyi, fist set "access request" tab and then set "approved Domain" tab, it will take value.
