How to assign specific issue status to developer user ( added user under project role)

I have added DV as developer under project role. I want DV to set issue status "Developer Done" added as custom issue status. How can we set permission for DV user to do this?

Hello @Sajeesh C and welcome to the community!

You can simply add a condition to the transition that goes to the status "Developer Done".

To add this condition, you can click on the transition in the Diagram, then click on "Conditions" in the box that appears on the left.

This will open a new tab. You can then go to "Add condition>User Is In Project Role" and select the project role to which you want to limit the transition to!

Now only the users that are in this specific project role will see the transition.
