Currently we move issues straight to a status of "needs estimate" when they are created, however if the project manager knows the estimate they will go ahead and add it. I'd like to move the issue to the next status if an estimate is on the ticket. I tried doing this with the automation feature but it only has story points and not original estimate on it.
Can anyone help?
Have you tried accessing this smart value for the field: {{issue.original estimate}}

I figured it out by using jql as a condition and it worked.
