How to avoid closing issue when there are still open Pull Requests in Bitbucket Server?

Hi all,

we are using JIRA app-linked to our Bitbucket Datacenter instance and we're enjoying the integration between the two. There's one limitation, though, regarding automatic issue transitions. We use the latter to automatically transition an issue from IN REVIEW to CLOSED, when a corresponding pull request in Bitbucket is merged. This works fine, the exception being cases, where there are multiple pull requests tagged with the same issue. In this case, the first merged pull requests closes the issue, while there are other pull requests still open. Is there a possibility to automate issue transitions such that an issue is auto-transitioned from IN REVIEW to CLOSED only after the last pull request is merged?
