We have Zephyr add in on our current JIRA instance and now we dont want to use the Zephyr. If we uninstall the license what will happen to the current data created or stored in Zephyr.
The data will remain in the database, it should do you no harm. You may want to actually disable the add-on instead of just removing the license.
