How to block status without completed smart checklist?

Hello,

I would like to get an information is it possible to block moving tickets in JIRA in Done status if smart checklist is not completed? Thank you.

Yes, you are looking for worlfkow conditions or workflow validators.

First one will hide the transition from users, if field isn't filled.
Second one will show the transition, but if someone tries to move issue to next status without filling the required field, it will show error and prevent issue from transitioning.
