How to cancel Migration

I have been running the server to cloud migration for several days.  The process continues to run without any indication of errors and is stuck at 0%.  

I've stopped/restarted services and even bounce the Jira server.   How can we cancel this or what maybe the issue why we are unable to migration our projects?

Yes, I've validated the structure application is installed on the cloud.

This appears to be a problem when migrating Structure to Cloud.  Did you make sure you have Structure installed in your Cloud site?
