How to change  the JIRA site url?

I would like to change JIRA site url it from atestmanagementteam.atlassian.net to bmanagementteam.atlassian.net on JIRA Software and this documentation has provide changing the url. But I can't see the BaseURL edit box.

Hi @pp 

the documentation you provided is for Server instances. As you're using cloud (atlassian.net) changing the BaseURL is not possible.

I've created a JIRA site url name incorrectly. How to correct it? Can I cancel subscription for current URL and create a new JIRA url? Is it possible? Thanks.
