I've created two new jira workspaces, one from my personal email and one from my corporate email. For both selected Scum template to start with (to play with settings, options, etc.), both are on premium trial.
But I get 2 different versions of UI - for personal account it looks like Jira always looked like in other workspaces (Planning vertical section on the left, image 2) and for corporate one it looks like horizontal tab bar (image 1)
Is there a way to change this?
The one you notice in the Image 1 is the new Jira UI, which is being rolled out to all site now. The roll out began last week I believe. Eventually, all Jira sites will be having this new UI.

Welcome @Kateryna Kryzhna
The first screenshot is the new UI that is being released by Atlassian to customers based on their release timeline where in July, everyone is planned to be seeing this new UI. Also, the first one is the picture of the business project.
The second screenshot has the old UI where most of users still see this one, but soon they will see the new UI. Furthermore, the second one is the Scrum template software project.

Hi @Kateryna Kryzhna and Welcome to Atlassian Community!
It seems that you are located at different URLs: you are on the Plans page in the first image and on the Board page in the second one.
Try to find both projects through the Projects menu in the navigation bar:
