How to change Primary Application Link when you have more than 2

Is it possible to change the primary application link when having more than 2?

I am using a script that reads the primary app link with appLinkService.getPrimaryApplicationLink(JiraApplicationType) and need to point to a differente Jira instance and don't want to change the code, just change the primary app link,.
