How to change a parent status when 3 subtask statuses are marked done?

My goal is to automate to change a parent task's status after 3 of the subtasks are marked as done. Anyone have any ideas?

Even here in my company, I did a similar automation.
When you put one of the sub-tasks in progress it changes the parent ticket to in progress as well and when all sub-tasks are resolved it closes.

So, I'm specifically looking for when 3 of the subtasks are completed. There are more than 3 subtasks, so I don't think this particular rule would work.
