Since moving away from user names, I understand a user's e-mail address is their unique identifier. That said, we have a long-term user whose e-mail has always been incorrect and we'd like it changed, but I don't seem to have an ability to change it, and we don't want to delete it because this is a long-term user with a lot of tickets she is watching/following, etc. Can someone from JIRA manually change it for me?
