How to change date picker weekend days from Sat,Sun colored red to Fri,Sat

When using date picker (example: picking a Due Date when creating an issue), Saturday and Sunday day numbers are colored in red, which I assume it's because they are considered weekend days.

How can I change those days to be Friday and Saturday for them to be colored in red instead of Saturday and Sunday?
