Hello!
Recently I've found a great feature in Jira's Workflow - common actions. Before that, we got a bunch similar transitions, which were all the same. It was very inconvenient when I had to add post-function or validator - I had iterate over all {3,4,5} transitions and repeat all that motions!
Now, on my test instance everything is cool 8) I've changed and successfully migrated to new workflow.
But not I got a little problem: my users got accustomed to item's positions in workflow menu. And common actions are positioned right after main workflow actions.
Is it possible to rearrange positions of actions, independently of action type?
Thanks in advance!
Hi Grigory,
I normally use the opsbar-sequence for that.
See: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Workflow+Properties
This property allowes you to change to order of the workflow actions. Make to set them for all your actions, otherwise it won't work ;-)
Cheers
Exactly what I needed! Thanks a lot! :)
