How to change period ratio in work sheet/"my work"?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
How do I change 40h to 20h in my account? I only deliver 50% (4 hours per day, 20 per week) but the norm is 100% (8 hours per day, 40 per week).
As per the screenshot below, it shows 11h50m in relation to 40hrs workweek but should be in relation to 20h.
Assistance highly appreciated :)
