Issues created as an "Emailed Request" do not allow for the Priority to be changed with a right-mouse click. How can one change the priority on an emailed request?
Can you change the priority in other ways or just when right clicking?
Where do you try to right click anyway? Queues?

It sounds like the Priority field might be missing from the screen for emailed requests. How to check:
If it is there, it might be a workflow or permissions thing. More info on screens here: Manage issue screens

Please ensure that the Priority field is added in edit screen of "Emailed Request".
