I am admin of Jira and Bitbucket accounts of my company and I have one user that has been working as a freelancer to us in the recent past. I have created an account using his personal email address, but I hired him as a full-time employee and I would like to change the e-mail of his account to another one that has our domain. In the User Admin's page I couldn't find any way to change the email. I have to change the email instead of creating a new user using the new e-mail with our domain in order to have the history of the tasks and projects the user already have when he logins with his personal e-mail. Is there a solution for this problem?

If you are not the Administrator of the user domain, only the own user can change his e-mail address by performing the steps below:
- Navigate to https://id.atlassian.com > login with his credentials > Click on change e-mail option at the menu Email address and notifications
