How to change the existing organization administrator

Welcome to the community @KM Lee ! To be able to do this, you need to be org admin yourself, then:
- Navigate to admin.atlassian.com, select your organisation
- Go to Directory > Groups > org-admins
- Remove the users from this group and add the new users
Since this group is default one created by Jira, I'd suggest to leave the settings for the products as they are.
