This is not associated with the notification sheme. Our notifications are being sent from our desired address.
This is in relation to sending emails to a reporter or assignee while in a ticket. By hovering over their name a hyperlink to their email pops up. We send an email, but the from address is not a valid email. Therefore, they can not reply back to this customized message. We would like thd from in the email to be the same as our mail handler email. This way any reply/comment they make will be assocaited with the ticket in Jira.
How can I make sure this from email address is the same as our mail handler or our notification email?
Doubt: When you hover the mouse of the Reporter/Assignee, and when you click the email address displayed, isn't the default mail client in your system that is opened up?
