How to change the screen settings in JIRA/Xray

I started the day in normal size text but somehow as I was working in JIRA, my test settings suddenly changed to very large text. I did not voluntarily make this change. Could one of my fingers have hit some key inadvertently to make this change? Right now I just know that the settings have not reset themselves with getting in and out of JIRA. And it is very hard to navigate and find things in my project in JIRA now with this huge text.

Hi @Jane Balchunas 

Maybe you hit CTRL and + which increase screen size in your browser? If so you might try to use CTRL and - in order to make things smaller.
