How to change the time unit in ActivityIcon plugin ?

Hi,

This plugin is amazing and working fine. We were just wondering a little detail, do you know how we could change the time Unit in the activity stream, it displays "uhr" which seems to be german I think. We'd like to have A.M and P.M ideally. Do you think this is possible ?

@Jonathan BIEBER Oh, yeah. You're correct. Usually you can sign-up for an account but it looks like their instance is invite only.
