So after the new UI changes were forced out on us (cloud), the status colours are now changed and are only Blue Green and Grey now.
These don't make sense for all status states. Especially as before it was easy to see at a glance what issues needed to be followed up on, whereas everything shows up blue now.
My entire engineering team is asking me to find a way to set it back to how it was, as to not needlessly waste time reading every status to find the tickets needing more attention.
If I'm just an idiot and missing how/where to do it, I apologize, but welcome the correction.
🤣 Hold on to that optimism. It'll take you far.
In all seriousness though... no. The ticket is still in "Gathering Interest", so they're not even going to look at it until enough people (though we have no idea what that number is) upvote the ticket Gabriel linked.

Hi Anthony,
Unfortunately, the feature to change the color of the status is not implemented on JIRA yet.
However, there is a open feature request, for this to be implemented.
You can access it here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-43425
Please, I recommend you to add yourself as watcher and to vote in the ticket. This way, it will gain visibility to our developers.
If you have further doubts regarding to our policy of new feature, you can access the below link.

There is an plugin, that makes this work for you.
