Workflows are associated with projects via the "workflow scheme".  See https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/working-with-workflows-938847362.html

Hi @Sanchi Sharma

3 options

- change project e to use the same workflow scheme as the other projects

- change project e workflow scheme to use the the same workflow as the other project

- copy a workflow and add it to project e workflow scheme

If you want your projects to behave in the same way you should use the same workflow scheme for all of them. Note any changes to workflows will then apply to all the projects
