How to check in logs if email is being sent to a user

Hi Everyone,

I suddenly stoped to receive Jira email notifications.

I can raise tickets through email and anther users receive my updates/comments, however I do not receive any.

Is there a way to check the logs to ensure that issue is from my IT side, and not any Jira confirguration?

Hey Felipe,

When you're not receiving email notifications as you described, the best point to start is in the notification scheme for your project to make sure you are listed for the event, and your mail client to make sure the items are not being sent to a spam folder or deleted as part of a rule.  

Then check out the following KB articles that detail how to enable the mail debug logging to see additional info in the logging about the request so you can verify the mail is being sent and some additional troubleshooting steps for follow up on the notifications.
