How to clear users that are in the Creator field

Good morning everyone , how do I clean the users who are inside Creator who have already been deleted from the projectcriador.png

Hi Ricardo,

You probably need to do a Bulk Change for those issues where the Reporter is no longer an active Jira user. But there must be a value in the field, you can't just clear it. So you will need to replace with an active user.

these users do not have open tickets, it happened that I associated the email with the ones from the portal and all the emails that were falling into the email box were saving these contacts and creating a ticket, I removed all the emails and unlinked the email, but this user who are in the creator field can't find where to remove

If the user appears on any issue in any user picker field then they will continue to appear. You would have to remove them from any field replacing them with another user or leave empty.

You are not going to be able to remove them - you can only replace them.
