How to clone abundant bugs or test requirements from one project to another project at one time

This is Majid @ Exalate. 

In order to clone issues from one Jira project to another Jira project, you can use an integration app such as Exalate. The app provides you fully customizable synchronization between two projects on the same instance, or between two entirely different Jira instances itself. It takes less than five minutes to build a basic integration and you always have the choice to make it as granular as you want.

You haven't indicated whether your Jira is on premise (Server/Data Center) or Cloud, but if your company has recently started using Jira I'm going to assume you're on Cloud.

There are a couple ways you could do this. If you want this to be done automatically, you could try with Automation. Check out this sample rule for how to clone an issue to another project: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/automation-template-library/rules#/rule/1357222

Couple things to keep in mind though: Automation doesn't allow you to copy attachments, so if you have attachments in your bugs or test requirements, that won't work. 

You mention "abundant" as well: the number of executions with Automation depends on your Jira plan, and if you have lots of issues you could reach your limit.

Other solution: use an app like Elements Copy & Sync (I work for the vendor)

You can clone and move issues directly from search results whenever the need arrives to bulk clone.

BTW, an easy way to check your hosting is to look at the url of your Jira: if it includes atlassian.net you're on a Cloud instance. You can also scroll down to the bottom of the page: if it lists the Jira version, you're on Server or Data Center.
