How to configure CAC/PIV for JIRA 7.7 on IIS 10

I would like to enable JIRA to login in via CAC. I have the CAC/PIV plugin installed but my splash screen still shows user name and password. What files in IIS or JIRA needs to be edited to get this plugin to work?

  You need to go here and look at the installation section towards the bottom.  You need to follow the steps so users get redirected to the SSO page.
