Hi @Midhun SS , by license status alerts do you mean renewal notifications or something more? I don't know of any means of triggering on these such that Automation could be used. If these are regular and predicted notifications, such as renewals, you could simply consider setting up reminders notifications within Teams.

I want the notification to be like Your organization has X number of Jira/Confluence License remaining or available .

Then if we do a webhook to Teams channel ?
