How to convert a next gen project to a sprint

Dorothy Molloy February 1, 2019

I am new to Jira and have tried 3 types of software project, Kanban, scrum and next gen.

Next gen does not offer any time tracking so I would like to export all my stories to a kanban project or convert my next gen project into a classic project.

Is this possible?

Thanks,

Dorothy

@Dorothy Molloy

You can create a new kanban Board inside the "next gen" project

Or, if you would like you can "move" all the issues inside "next gen" project to the Kanban one (you can search for all issues and move all results at once)

I hope this will help

Thank you @Jack Brickey for the link.  Some of the instructions were a little out of date but overall it was very helpful in getting me to the right place.
As a@Mohamed Adelsaid, I needed to "move" the issues.

I managed to export my issues but they didn't actually make it to the project I was trying to move them to.  Who knows where they went!

However I did export them as CSV and import them back into a classic project.
