How to copy the images from one jira server to other server. ?

I have reinstalled the JIRA into a new system, now i have created the project and have imported the issues through CSV format. As the issues have the images attached with it, i have copied the images attachment and have posted to "C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\data\attachments". But the images are not getting showing in JIRA application.

So can u suggest me the procedure to resolve this issue..

When you imported the issues through CSV did you also import the attachment details? 

See the section on Importing Attachments on https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/importing-data-from-csv-185729516.html which describes where to place the attachments for the import to work correctly.
