How to create User with accountType "customer"

Hello! I know there is an endpoint for Jira Service Management to create a customer, POST /servicedeskapi/customer.

Is there a Jira software API endpoint equivalent to POST a customer? Couldn't find it in the documentation.

There is no Customer role/user account type in Jira Software. All users are considered licensed users for Jira Software.

Hi @Merge,

Per my understanding, this option/ feature is available for service desk projects only and hence available in the JSM API.

This option is not applicable for Jira Software and there is no such endpoint.
