How to create a dashboard / display the dashboard

We have some new users of JIRA(ondemand).

When they go to the dashboard, they find it is empty and they can not create their dashboard.

Is there anybody who can help on this?

Hello, Kurt.

Every user should be able to create a private dashboard, there are no permissions that stop users from creating a dashboard. Maybe they are trying to create a shared dashboard, in which case they would need the Create Shared Objects permission. You can read about global permissions here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Global+Permissions. In this case, all you would have to do is change permissions, but it still does not explain the empty system dashboard.

In they are really unable to create private dashboards, you can create an issue at support.atlassian.com, so we can see what the problem is and fix it.
