I am trying to create a dependent fields in jira customer portal, means based on one field the next field should be change. Actually in user end we can create dependent fields with the help of behaviours script, but in customer portal I didn't find any clues. So could you plese suggest how to achieve this functionality.

JIRA Service Desk works the same way as JIRA so if you want to create some specific behaviour related to custom fields in JSD you just create these custom fields. What I found helpfull it you want to include some additional logic onto the fields behaviour in JSD is marketplace add on called Dynamic Fields, you can configure them in a way to presented field a and then when specific value from this field is selected you show field b with other values etc.
