We are looking for implement a board that allows us to track the progress of the 4 phases that a project/ task in our day to day work/
Hi @HILDA MARIA ARAYA BARBOZA,
Create and save a filter in Jira that returns the issues worked by your team.
Then, create a new Kanban board based on this filter. Customize the board in the way you want, by adding all the necessary columns (which can be the phases) and the statuses on each column..

How are you defining your phases?
There are a few different ways to do this.
You could create 4 epics, one for each phase, and then create children for each phase which would correspond with the appropriate task.
Alternatively, you could create 4 releases/versions for each of your phases and then using the Fix Version field, associate/group your tasks to a release/version.
Also, you could create a Phase custom field and then use that to "label" your tasks.
That's just a start, but if you can maybe give us a diagram of what you were thinking, we might be able to give you a better answer/more concise answer.

Hi Alex, I dont think I can add a diagram here, but basically I need to track the % progress of a finding, I was thinking in reflecting it in 4 phases: Not initiated, Action required, In Progress, Completed . each phase will reflect 25% of progress. I am totally new on this.
