How to create a new Custom Search filter column in Search Issues/RAPIDS Screen

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Have 2 new fields added in a Review RAPID/Issue popup screen (Team Reviewed With and Team Reviewed Date) . So have created 2 new custom fields in JIRA. Those are automatically displayed in Search filters, but need to know how to map these fields to the backend database table values to populate in the Search table. Attached sample one created.
