Hi everyone,

I would like to create a dashboard to see all my project's stories as well as all of the related tasks to each and every story.

My current setup is as follows:

  • stories (obviously)
  • each story is linked to 6 tasks
  • each task has a custom field "department" to differ between the task's responsibilities
  • a story can just be implemented after all of the related tasks have been completed

The goal is to create a dashboard / table to display the following:

I already tried several things using the built-in dashboard feature as well as using eazyBI. However, I didn't come to a result. Can anyone help me out?

Hi @Benjamin Starke

I am Martins from eazyBI support team, perhaps I can help you since you mentioned you already have eazyBI app in your organization.

You could check this public demo dashboard with few report examples that show linked issues in eazyBI https://eazybi.com/accounts/22010/dashboards/203300-issue-links

Once issue links are imported in eazyBI, you can create different custom calculations with linked issues and show them at the main issue row (in your case, story).

Feel free to reach out to support@eazybi.com for more details.

In your case, you should import project for the main issue as well as project from the linked issues in eazyBI as well as department field to split linked issues by their departments.

Hi @Benjamin Starke

Welcome to the community!

You could achieve if you add a table to your confluence page and select the department to show.

You would need to use the JQL --> to pull all the linked issues to the your main issue.

Hopefully this is close to what you are looking for.
