I need to edit transition of the workflow. Steps were followed to change transitions are as the below,
Diagram in the workflow -> Add transition, and then I got the below view,
Then I tried to create a transition and I am getting an error as the below screenshot,
Can you please guide me to create transitions in this customized work flow?

To add the transition in workflow...you need jira admin permission.
Admin --> Issues --> Workflow find the workflow on which you want to add the transition and then Edit it.
You can add the transition in two ways...first one...by Dragging and drop the transition from the source status to destination status, another one is clicking by Add transition button as you shown in the above image.

I found the way to do that and I got that error message because I tried to add transitions to an active work flow. I had to inactive the work flow first and then I was allowed to add transitions. In order to inactivate the workflow, I had to take a copy of the workflow and save it using a name
