I work for a real estate office and our entire business is about our checklists and processes. We've been using Trello checklists but we have to copy them from a previous card or re-write them each time. There's no way to make templates. Anyone ever used anything that helps them customize and save checklists easier?

If you are about to use Jira Cloud now, then Issue Checklist app provided by my team will help.
A checklist can be saved as a template and reused every time you need it. You can also attach the checklist automatically to newly created issues for a given project or issue/ticket type.
