Our work JIRA got migrated from JIRA server to JIRA cloud where our Test cases got moved to Zephyr Scale.

Earlier we used 'Two dimensional' Gadgets to creating dashboards but now post the migration the 'Two dimensional' gadgets are not recognizing the Zephyr scale Projects.

There are new gadgets available for Zephyr scale but all of them have solution for only Test Execution and none for Test Case repository.

There are Folders options available to categorize the test cases but they are not that efficient as the test cases get moved from folders if we want to categorize them on the basis of different fields.

Kindly suggest if there are gadgets available and how to get those added in my project in Zephyr scale to show the test cases (NOT test execution) in the dashboard under different categories?

Sadly there is no way to do this in the Cloud version.  The repository reporting option is only available in the Server/DC instance of Zephyr.  I have discussed this with Smartbear personally on a phone call and bringing this feature into Cloud is being considered but of course, would be a long way down the road before we see it implemented.

Your options are to export your data and build your own dashboard or use the API to do the same.

Hi @Aditya Kumar

Welcome to the community.

This has no relation with Jira itself.

Zephyr Squad in the cloud functionality is different then the server options.

See documentation on cloud, https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr/docs/?lang=en

Contact the vendor Smartbear in relation to your request and check if this is possible, it might be in the reporting of the app, but not on a dashboard in Jria

Hi @Aditya Kumar

If you ever decide to consider eazyBI for your testing reports, feel free to reach out to us directly at support@eazybi.com - we'd be happy to help you build the specific reports you need and display them in dashboards.

When you set up the import options, you can import sample reports which
includes pre-built sample reports in the "Samples Zephyr Scale" folder, including test burnup charts and requirement coverage matrices

All eazyBI reports can be embedded directly into Jira dashboards as gadgets as well.

Here's an example of a report - Zephyr Scale Test burnup for Test Plan

Best wishes,

Elita from support@eazybi.com

Hi @Aditya Kumar

Welcome to the community.

If in your Jira site is available Eazybi app, you could create a report in Eazybi and show it in a Jira dashboard.
