How to create subtasks automatically?

We want to add a "Testing needed" custom field which should automatically create a subtask if ticked.

How is this possible with Jira Cloud?

This is not possible with JIRA out of the box!

You would need a plugin to do this like Scriptrunner Cloud : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6820/scriptrunner-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
