How to create the same issue across multiple projects?

I'm trying to create a issue across multiple projects. As these issues are somewhat, I want to create on a single project only and it should replicate across other project at a same time. As these issues are same, it would be save a lot of time rather than creating individually.

I want to do it through automation rules.
Help required.

The above automation set up is creating issues in the same project, you can change this in your set up.
