How to create web connector of jira to connect with tableau

Hi, 

I am trying to create web data connector of Jira to connect with tableau. I know JIRA provides  "All-In-One Tableau Connector for JIRA" connector. I am using below link for refrence -  tableau+Jira connector

I have added "All-In-One Tableau Connector for JIRA" in jira using add-ons but i didnt get any connector url. Please help me how can i create connector url.
