I have one drop down field which has 3 options . 1. Development 2. Bug 3. Limitation
If I select Development, the fields according to development would get displayed. Same thing should be done for other 2 options.
How to proceed for this?

Does each of these options drive its own process and/or get routed to different groups? If so, it might work better to make each of these a different issue type. As an issue type, the fields, screens, workflows, behaviors, approvals, etc. could be purpose built around that type.

Go to administration -> Issues -> Custom fields (left side panel) -> Add custom field and select "Cascading select as the custom field type.
