How to delete an organization

HI. I'm trying to delete an organization but the correspondent button is inactive. What I need to do? Thanks,.

Hi @Joaquim Roliz 

Join the organization as Organizational Admin, then on the billing tab, you can select removal of the instance. It will go into effect 1 month after the last login.

Did you check if:

- Any domains associated with the Org?

- Any apps linked to the Org?

Yes, I did it and it seems no additional items are linked to the organization to be deleted. Thanks,
