How to delete duplicate Sprints Created in Rapid Board Sprint Maker Start Sprint Button

OK... So I got a little impatient and kept hitting the Start Sprint on the Rapid Board Sprint Maker button (10+ times) and it created my sprint 10+ times. It sure would have been nice to know something was happening during that latency. I know better for the next time. But now I have 10 sprints loaded up and I would like to remove them. Does anyone have a good way to remove these extra sprints?

Get rid of them from the AO tables (shutdown JIRA before doing it)
